Wonderful condo in the best location in PV with all the conveniences of home. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, furniture, etc. Spectacular views of the ocean daytime, and best view to watch the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to many great restaurants such as Bravos, Martini el Feugo, Pippi’s, Barcelona Tapas as well as shopping.

We definitely will be back to to Casa de Rush!

Beautiful beyond expectations!

We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times and have stayed in hotels, condos, time shares, etc but we have never stayed anywhere as nice as Casa de Rush at Molino de Aqua. There were 3 couples staying there and at no time did we feel cramped or in each other’s way. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The views were spectacular and the pool and beach made us want to stay on the grounds during the day. All the security and cleaning crew were very friendly. We loved the location as you were just a short walk to old town and new town and within blocks of many great restaurants. We will definitely consider staying at Casa de Rush when we return to PV. Booking the unit through Judi was very easy and she was very responsive.

Dear Judi,
I would like to say that we absolutely fell in love with your place. The first thing all four of us said the first time we saw it was “wow”, and the view wasn’t too shabby either. We have stayed in our fair share of VRBO’s and I can honestly say this was by far the nicest, cleanest, and well stocked. There is not one thing that it lacked. Your cleaning staff did a fantastic job and Carlos was a delight and couldn’t have been nicer. I can see why you fell in love with both your condo and Puerto Vallarta. Everything was within walking distance which was nice because we ate A LOT! We had our full security deposit back within days of our return, not like weeks from other places we’ve stayed. Everything from start to finish was first class! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a fun, relaxing vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future.

Beautiful, wonderful place to stay

From the moment we walked through the door, we were hooked. The views are fabulous! Then, there’s the condo. Even better than the pictures on website! Everything about it is lovely, classy, and comfortable. It has great amenities, from the well stocked kitchen, to the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. For the first 7 days there were 4 of us staying in condo. the final 2 days we had 2 more, and still had plenty of room for all.

It was also nice to have a well supplied laundry room available in condo. Wifi was excellent, so we were able to keep in touch with family and friends back home.

The location is perfect. So many wonderful restaurants, and shopping. The beach is only footsteps away. Can’t think of a better place to stay while visiting Puerta Vallarta. This will be our choice for future visits!

Felt compelled to share the wonderful experiences that we encountered while staying at Casa De Rush.

From the first (almost immediate response) communication with Judi, I knew the property would be a great location for a family get together. Judi was always responsive to emails, even after the vacation.

Upon arrival, Carlos made everyone feel welcomed and we never needed to contact him again because Casa de Rush has everything (and more) than anyone on vacation should need.

The luxury that one gets to experience with this unit is incredible.
Incredible art and furnishings! Don’t forget the bean bag chairs in the master bedroom!

Morning on the patio enjoying Seattle’s Best Coffee made every day a great start.

Quiet, peaceful and serene at all times.

Puerto Vallarta at It’s Best!

We’ve been going to PV for 12-15 years and have stayed at some beautiful places. This condo was by far the most accommodating and beautiful home we’ve stayed in! From the moment we walked in, we realized we were in a pretty special place. The condo is huge with plenty of seating, the views are extraordinary, the decorating is first rate and the owners have done everything to make your stay easy and stress free. There are several things that are important to me when I travel to PV: location, security, views and comfort. This condo has it all. From the moment you wake up, you can make yourself a cup of coffee, check your emails via their wifi and plan your next adventures while sitting on the balconies overlooking the bay. The swimming pool is the largest infinity pool in PV and is so easy and relaxing that if all you want to do is lay on the lawn chairs and have cocktails and food at the swim up bar, your day will be fantastic.

We had an opportunity to view other similar units and I must say the owners of our condo have taken excellent care of their unit. The water pressure is superb, the kitchen is fully stocked, the water in the sinks/shower drain well and the décor is exceptional. A couple of the other units were not as nicely maintained.

We would definitely stay at this condo again because it is clear that the owners do everything they can to ensure your experience is wonderful.

The pictures did not due it justice! We had a fantastic week with fantastic friends. The weather was great. Even though, all the couples we went with were from California during Easter Break, it was a great time away. We ran into several people from other countries at the pool and they asked why were were there because we were from CA. This was so much better then Hawaii and of course, CA people love the sun and beach.
Thank you to the Rush family for an incredible vacation. It was the best view and experience we could ever imagine.

Over the past 3 years we have stayed in about 7 or 8 condos in central/south Puerto Vallarta. Casa de Rush was far and away the best! Everything was just what you hope for in a condo, and better than advertised in the listing. The very spacious unit was spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. There are modern electronics throughout the home with options for TV, movies, and music. There were generous supplies like towels and toilette paper. Everything worked—something not to be taken for granted in our experience with other condos. We felt like we were living in a new home. The Molina complex and grounds were very quiet and the property management staff was attentive and friendly. Of course the view from the balcony at Casa de Rush is just spectacular, and Molina de Agua’s location is perfect for easy access to all that downtown Vallarta has to offer. Step out your door right onto the Malecón! Judi and Ken are responsive owners and a pleasure to deal with. You won’t find a better condo option in Vallarta. We recommend Casa de Rush without any reservations, and we hope to stay there again!

Mi Casa in PV

After 6 or 7 years of vacationing in Puerto Vallarta (PV) and staying in various condos and hotels along Los Muertos Beach (part of PV Old Town or Zona Romantica or along Banderas Bay), we were elated but did not know how to make these yearly adventures in Puerto Vallarta even more memorable. That is until we met the owners of this Condo! This condo is totally awesome, something we could not resist. The facilities at Molino de Aqua are prestigious. The Condo is chic, trendy, clean, and large. The condo’s free WIFI was a natural for us. We could easily communicate with our family back in the States and send photos to annoy them (wish you were here!). The condo has living room, dining room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer, dryer, BBQ, dishwasher, etc. The lanai provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and enjoy breakfast while whale watching. The condo is centrally located, close to restaurants, beach, bars, art shops, and the El Malecón. The whole condo complex has drinkable filtered water! I hate to recommend this condo because we want to keep it our best kept secret, but the U.S. owners are now friends of ours. When we say “try it and you will love it” that is an understatement.
